Formation of Skyworth TTG Joint Venture

Skyworth Digital Holdings Company, Ltd (Skyworth) and Tripod Technology Group, Inc. (TTG) announce today the formation of the Skyworth TTG Holdings Limited (Skyworth). The new venture Skyworth TTG joins the strengths of Skyworth, a Hong Kong Stock Exchange listed technology company that is one of the most recognizable consumer electronic brands in the Peoples Republic of China, and Tripod Technology Group, Inc. a well respected global IT services company that specializes in identity and access management, to form a global IT services and product company with offices in the United States, China, Norway, and Singapore.
